Responsibilities

Conduct thorough PT evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer safe and effective therapy treatments, ensuring all interventions are appropriately documented in Prompt EMR
Reassess and adjust treatment plans within appropriate time frames to align with patient progress and changing needs
Provide clear, concise, and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and post-treatment care to support long-term recovery

Education
Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
Licensure
Must be a Physical Therapist in good standing and licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana
Expertise
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology along with preferred experience in functional dry needling and manual therapy techniques
Technical Skills
Organizational skills and basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and electronic documentation
Soft Skills
Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to multitask and work independently
Problem-solving
Excellent critical thinking skills
